The Annual Report 2022 features highlights of the EPC’s many activities during the year and showcases its convening power, expertise, and impact on the EU policy agenda.


The EPC's work focused on the watershed moment of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine; the permacrisis and the evolution of economic security; democratic decline and revival; the rule of law; the Conference on the Future of Europe; and the necessary social and economic transitions.

We also celebrated the EPC’s 25th Anniversary and hosted the Jubilee Conference in December 2022.

The EPC's work focused on a sustainable and fair post-COVID recovery; economic governance reform; the development of an EU public health policy; democracy and the rule of law; the Conference on the Future of Europe; disinformation on migration; and the EU's changing role in the world and how it can deal with the permanent state of crisis - or permacrisis - it now finds itself in.



We also look ahead to our 25th anniversary, which we are celebrating in 2022.
