Brooke Moore
Policy Analyst
Brooke Moore is a Policy Analyst in the Sustainable Prosperity for Europe Programme at the European Policy Centre.

Before joining the EPC, Brooke held a research position with the Democracy Institute where she contributed to projects pertaining to intergenerational justice and civic engagement under the European Green Deal. Prior to this, she held a position as Projects Manager and Research Associate with SEEK Research Network, directing projects on loss and damage, and climate-induced migration. 

Brooke holds a MSc degree in Environmental Science, Management, and Policy with an emphasis in EU Governance, Politics, and Justice. During her degree, her main research interests pertained to EU and international climate justice policies, with her articles on these topics featured in environmental law and management journals. She additionally holds a BA degree from UC Santa Barbara in the majors of Environmental Studies, Global Studies, and German.
