At this Briefing, Tairi Täht, Counsellor for Health Affairs at the Permanent Representation of Estonia to the EU, discussed the achievements of the Estonian presidency in relation to health and reflected on the health-related outcomes of the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council (EPSCO) meeting on 8 December 2017. Her intervention was followed by Zlatimira Dobreva,First Secretary (Health),Permanent Representation of Bulgaria to the EU, who presented the Bulgarian presidency’s plans in the health area. The discussion was chaired by Claire Dhéret, Head of the EPC Programme ‘Social Europe & Well-being’.
